Quit Smoking Using Hypnosis

You could be blind to the psychological picture of the cig, because it may only be at the comatose level of mind. Just as you are ignorant of what you are seeing thru your marginal vision till something or somebody draws your attention to it.
I have worked face-to-face with many thousand smokers and I give you my guarantee the physical obsession to tobacco is the weakest part of the smoking obsession. In reality, I think that it is only 10 p.c of the obsession with tobacco. When you get rid of the sense of strain that pushes a smoker to smoke a cig to make relaxation and pleasure ( Part A ).
